  2. Instead of opting for automatic configuration choose the option that states manual setup
  3. Enter the information for the IMAP settings as mentioned below
  • Account type: IMAP
  • Incoming server: twc.com
  • Incoming mail server port: 143
  • Security type: SSL/TLS
  • Outgoing server: twc.com
  • Outgoing mail server port:587
  • Security type: None
  • Insecure port: none
