Outgoing mail server:
- For POP3 – outbound.att.net
- For IMAP – smtp.mail.att.net
Log on Information
User Name: Enter the complete AT&T email address
Password: The secure mail key of your AT&T email account
NOTE-
- You can also choose to checkmark the Remember Password option so that you do not have to type the password every time.
- You also have the option of choosing – Require logon using Secure Password Authentication
Step 4 – Choose More at&t outlook 2016 settings after completing the above-mentioned steps.
Select the tab that states Outgoing server and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Step 5 – Next go to the Advanced tab and fill in the below-mentioned details
Incoming server
POP3 – 995
IMPA – 993
Use the following type of encrypted connection – SSL
Outgoing Server – 465 (POP3 and IMAP)
Use the following type of encrypted connection – SSL
Step 6 – Select the OK option followed by the NEXT option to complete the at&t outlook 2016 settings process.
Step 7 – Choose Finish and then restart the mobile phone or desktop once again for the settings to take effect.
