- Sign in to your AT&T email account by typing the user name and password.
- Go to the Missing emails support page once you have signed into your account.
- Provide the necessary information by filling up the form that will appear in the screen.
- Enter the approximate date that you feel the email was sent to you by selecting the option- When did you first notice the messages were missing?
- The next thing that you would have to do is explain the problem and also mention the possibility of the reason why and how the email/emails in question were deleted/went missing.
- After completing the mandatory form, you then need to select the option – Submit.
- If you go back to your inbox, you will see that a confirmation email will be sent regarding the same. You will also get a turnaround time by when you can expect an answer.
